- After agreeing upon a start date and price,
DataSoft identifies, interviews, tests, and screens candidates.

consultants who then report to you for work.
- During the first 40 hours of work, you evaluate
the consultant.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the
consultant during the first 40 hours you will not be billed for this
time and DataSoft will replace the consultant. If you approve the consultant's
work, the individual remains on contract.
